We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to shape and evolve the Policy products and AI-powered experiences that sit at the heart of how brokers and customers navigate lending decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning products end-to-end - from discovery and problem definition through to delivery, optimisation and long-term success. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Operations, Compliance, Risk and other business stakeholders to deliver better decisioning, policy and workflow experiences across the home loan journey. You’ll also build strong relationships with our Brokers, using their feedback and day-to-day experience to help shape better products and clearer policy experiences.
