The Role: We’re seeking an experienced and highly accountable Product Manager to join our fully remote U.S.-based product team, focused on Emma. Emma is a distributed marketing platform that helps organizations with multiple locations, brands, or business units create consistent, high-performing email campaigns. In this hands-on role, you’ll independently own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, working directly with customers and partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to bring valuable capabilities to market. What You’ll Do: Lead product discovery by engaging customers and internal stakeholders, conducting interviews and user testing, and combining qualitative insights, market research, competitive analysis, product analytics, and experimentation to identify high-impact opportunities. Own assigned initiatives within the Emma roadmap from discovery through post-launch iteration, maintaining the backlog and recommending priorities based on customer value, business impact, product strategy, feasibility, and available evidence. Translate opportunities into clear problem statements, requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and measurable success outcomes; break complex work into appropriately scoped releases that balance speed, quality, feasibility, and customer value. Partner closely with engineering throughout planning and delivery to resolve ambiguity, make scope decisions, monitor progress, surface risks, coordinate testing, and ensure release readiness. Lead the product work required to bring capabilities to mar
