Higharc is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you'll own a new set of capabilities focused on materials data and procurement workflows — defining how materials information moves between builders, manufacturers, distributors, and internal teams across the full lifecycle of a home. What You'll Do Own and drive the product roadmap for materials data and procurement-related workflows, from vision through execution. Lead product discovery through continuous research with builders, purchasing teams, estimators, manufacturers, distributors, and other ecosystem partners. Translate business goals and user needs into product strategy, requirements, and high-fidelity prototypes using AI tools like Cursor. Define how product, option, and materials data should be structured, maintained, and exchanged across systems and stakeholders. Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver performant, scalable solutions with real operational impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Sales, and Operations to drive product adoption and measurable customer value. Define and track success metrics tied to workflow adoption, data accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer ROI. About You You're a self-directed product thinker who enjoys solving complex systems problems. You're comfortable navigating messy workflows, multiple stakeholder groups, and structured data challenges, and you know how to turn fragmented processes into scalable products.
