We’re looking for a Product Manager to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team developing AI/ML systems to solve critical Defence and National Security challenges. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of customer need, technical possibility and commercial opportunity, turning advanced AI/ML capability into trusted products that can make a meaningful difference in the real world. You’ll collaborate across the whole business; from your colleagues in the product team to commercial, design, engineering, research and marketing, to capture the most relevant insights from our customer and partner relationships and translate them into building and extending innovative products. Mind Foundry is at an exciting stage of growth, with increasing demand for AI-enabled capability across our markets. As our products mature and our partnerships deepen, this role will help shape how we take capability to market, respond to evolving customer needs and build products that support better, faster decision-making. We specialise in supporting customers to make sense of the ever-increasing volumes of data collected by sensors and systems at the speed of relevance. We often find ourselves working at the edge in complex environments where power, compute, and bandwidth are in short supply. The work is challenging, the customer needs products and applications they can trust, and the sense of achievement is therefore substantial. This is an opportunity to shape the next stage of our product development: building on existing capabilities, identifying where they can deliver the greatest value, and ensuring our products are intuitive, robust and aligned to the needs of customers operating in demanding environments. Because our work supports Defence and National Security customers: This role can be office-based or hybrid from our Summertown, Oxford office. You will be required to travel to and work from client sites and partner locations. You will need to hold existing or be eligible for
