About Us Rho is the modern banking platform built for startups. Open accounts in minutes, issue cards, manage expenses, pay bills, and close the books – all in one connected platform backed by real human support. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Manager at Rho, you'll help build the financial platform powering the next generation of founders — and rethink how the innovation economy banks. You'll own a meaningful surface end-to-end, get close to the customers depending on it, and ship product that makes their companies easier to run. We're hiring PMs who hold their own product judgment as a craft, partner deeply across the organization, and operate on the edge of what's just now possible. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own a customer job-to-be-done end-to-end — from understanding the problem deeply through shipping, iterating, and seeing it land. - Build conviction through discovery. Frame the problem, sharpen the hypothesis, and define what success looks like before you build. - Decide what matters most. Make clear, deliberate calls about what to do now, what to do next, and what to leave behind. - Partner deeply across the org — Engineering, Design, Operations, GTM, and leadership — and bring people along on the why. - Do what's just now possible. Bring AI and emerging capabilities into how you work, and look for places they unlock step-change product improvements. - Be a catalyst for velocity. The surfaces you touch ship faster, learn faster, and get better because you're on them. QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Strong product taste. You hold your own view on what good looks like and ship work you're proud to put your name on. - Discovery rigor. You can articulate the problem, the hypothesis, and how you'll know it worked before you've written a spec. - Frontier fluency. You actively use emerging tools to change what's possible in how you work and what you build. - Cross-functional partnership. Yo
