THE ROLE Rho is hiring Product Managers, but what we truly seek are GMs/Product CEOs. You'll own a meaningful surface of the platform end-to-end — close enough to the work and close enough to the customer that your judgment is earned, not inherited from a roadmap. You'll know what founders need before they ask, because you've built the intuition that comes from proximity, not process. How products get built is fundamentally changing. AI is collapsing the line between thinking about something and making it real. The best PMs right now aren't just writing specs — they're prototyping with frontier models, testing ideas the same afternoon they have them, and building product that couldn't have existed a year ago.
