The Product Manager plays a critical role in leading the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions that align with strategic business goals and operational objectives. This position serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that product initiatives are well-defined, effectively executed, and deliver measurable value. In addition to product leadership, the role encompasses systems analysis, quality assurance, and light project management responsibilities to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a customer-centric, business-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities : Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of RPA, AI, and other technology-driven initiatives. Identify and evaluate new product opportunities that enhance business capabilities and customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business cases, success metrics, and ROI for proposed solutions. Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps and project plans with clear, measurable outcomes. Facilitate the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch support.
