As Skinvive (Sr.) Product Manager in China, you will lead consumer strategy for new product launch and post-launch growth, translating market, consumer and channel insights into clear consumer segmentation, education priorities and activation plans. You will be responsible for developing consumer education content and integrated 2B2C consumer campaigns that support HCP/customer engagement, strengthen consumer understanding, and drive compliant demand generation. This role will partner closely with Brand Marketing, Digital, Sales, Training, Medical, Legal/Compliance, agencies and key accounts to ensure strategy, content and campaigns are insight-led, execution-ready and measurable. • Consumer Strategy for New Product Launch: Develop consumer-facing strategy for Skinvive new product launch and growth, including consumer segmentation, insight mining, consumer journey mapping, key barrier/opportunity identification and annual consumer activation priorities. Translate brand strategy and approved product positioning into clear consumer strategy that create brand buzz peak with sales contribution, high-quality consumer education and compliant demand generation. • Consumer Education Content Development: Own consumer education content strategy and content production across launch and post-launch phases. Define consumer education pillars, message hierarchy and content roadmap; develop consumer-friendly materials, digital/social content, in-clinic education assets and sales/customer-facing toolkits in partnership with Medical, Legal/Compliance, Digital, Training and agencies, ensuring all content is accurate, compliant and fit for channel use. • 2B2C Consumer Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute integrated 2B2C consumer campaigns with key accounts, Sales, Digital/CRM and agency partners.
