ABOUT THE ROLE We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, and we may help to find the right ones. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work on iGaming projects built on the SoftSwiss platform. The role involves driving the product development of online casino and sportsbook projects within a platform-based operating model. Core development, key technical capabilities, and part of the product logic are managed by the external platform. Our responsibility is to manage the product effectively, prioritize improvements, launch new features and A/B tests, optimize funnels, analyze product metrics, and coordinate internal and external teams. We are looking for someone who understands the specifics of the iGaming industry and knows how to work with ready-made platform solutions. This person should not rely on having an ideal in-house development team, but instead know how to deliver results through the platform provider, account managers, third-party providers, CRM, analytics, marketing, affiliate, customer support, risk/fraud, and operational teams. This position is well suited to someone who can think strategically as a Product Manager, act as an owner of delivery, and maintain a high level of operational control.
