ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Product Manager to support the development and optimization of Tradeify's trading platform, trader experience, and product offerings. In this role, you will work closely with our Product Manager to help define product requirements, gather and analyze user feedback, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure our products continue to meet the evolving needs of our trading community. This is a great opportunity for an early-career product professional to build hands-on experience shaping a live trading platform and to grow alongside a fast-moving product team in the competitive prop trading landscape. You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer, and this role is based in our Boca Raton office. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Support the Product Manager in executing the product roadmap, helping translate business objectives and trader needs into actionable product tasks. - Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and help manage the feature backlog based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value. - Partner closely with Engineering on a day-to-day basis, attending sprint planning, standups, and refinement sessions, clarifying requirements in real time, triaging bugs, and helping unblock development so releases stay on schedule. - Help design and iterate on product features
