THE ROLE Xsolla is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (middle to senior level) to join our Global Marketing Team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave . In this role, you will work on the FinTech suite of products and solutions, reporting to the Head of FinTech Product Marketing. You will work directly with product teams to build positioning that resonates with the target audience and develop go-to-market strategies to drive growth during this coverage period. RESPONSIBILITIES Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, partner surveys, customer interviews, and competitor research to make informed decisions about product positioning and influence product strategy. Positioning & Messaging: Work closely with business heads, SMEs, and product teams to identify product-market fit and build messaging that resonates with the target audience. GTM Strategy: Develop and execute B2B go-to-market strategies that coincide with product goals and business objectives. Campaign Execution: Create strong marketing briefs for integrated marketing teams, production teams, and external agencies. Content Creation: Develop various content assets, including pitch decks, emails, ebooks, blogs, one-pagers, booklets, videos, and landing pages.
