This role owns the execution of acquisition, retention and loyalty campaigns for Airtasker's fastest-growing products (Memberships and Rebooking) across every region we serve, plus usage of our core product. You'll report to the CRM & Product Marketing Lead and sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience, always with an eye on what actually moves Customers and Taskers. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Build and launch campaigns in Braze, including in-app messages, emails, banners, push and SMS, in support of Rebooking, Memberships, Airflare and Growth - Help run our loyalty program, from giveaways and merch drops to referrals, to keep Members engaged - Support Tasker education: scheduling and hosting webinars like onboarding sessions and product Fireside Chats, tracking how they perform and iterating on content - Plan and run community touchpoints like merch mailouts, Tasker trophies and business cards, including the logistics and vendor management behind them - Report on campaign and experiment performance against KPIs for Rebooking and Memberships WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU TICK SOME OF THESE BOXES: - A track record in Product or Product Marketing, having helped bring products to market - Experience with loyalty programs is a strong plus - Time in a two-sided marketplace or with membership/subscription products is a bonus, not a requirement - Enough comfort with HTML/CSS to know where a change needs to happen, or confid
