In this role, you'll own the management of core product operations to deliver maximum impact - leading our company-wide roadmapping, driving key performance metrics, and owning the refinement and management of our core processes and tools - while also reshaping how R&D builds for tomorrow through AI. In this role, you’ll also lead our AI SDLC transformation across R&D. At its center is a bold vision - enabling any R&D team member, human or AI agent, to take an initiative from idea to "almost done" independently. You'll lead the development of the foundational context, policies, and tooling that make this possible, as well as the change management to shepherd the R&D team through this new way of working. It's a high-visibility, influence-driven role with a unique scope - running the operational engine of R&D while spearheading the reinvention of how that engine works.
