Job Description: AFS is seeking a detail-oriented Agile practitioner to serve in a combined Product Owner and Scrum Master role, partnering closely with the Government Product Owner and supporting the Scrum team in an Agile development environment. This role bridges stakeholder and mission needs with requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and iterative engineering delivery. You will help ensure increment and sprint priorities are clear, backlog items are actionable, and team deliverables remain aligned with mission objectives. You will also facilitate Agile team ceremonies, help identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies and competing priorities, and support the team in delivering committed work while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
