The Product Owner Role is a senior position in the business and the respective Industry verticals. This is a pivotal role and found in all 4 verticals: Aviation, Ports & Borders, Urban Security & Defence. The role reports into the Senior Engineering Manager and is responsible for one or more of the company's product offerings. The Product Owner will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into actionable deliverables, (from MRD to SRD). The role ensures that each product evolves in alignment with business objectives continuously ensuring the development team keeps building the right things in the right way. Duties, Activities & Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business goals. Define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team. Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and ensure they meet quality standards. Provide expert support in tender and proposal response
