We partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver thoughtful, candidate-first processes and continually raise the bar for how we scale. We are responsible for delivering world-class talent through pragmatic, data-informed, and principle-aligned recruiting practices that help Plaid scale with intention. We are hiring a Senior Product Sourcer to support Plaid’s growing Product organization. Product Managers at Plaid are builders, thinkers, and connectors who shape how millions of people experience financial freedom — and this role is key to bringing that talent in. As a senior sourcer, you will partner closely with Product leaders and recruiters to drive the top of funnel strategies for specialized and niche Product searches.
