Product Strategist

We are seeking a Life and Annuities (L&A) Product Strategist to join our Product Management team. In this pivotal role, you will own the definition and strategy for our core Life and Annuities platform services — including quoting, underwriting, policy administration, cash management, and investment management modules. You will translate deep L&A domain knowledge into scalable, configurable platform capabilities that enable success for our clients worldwide. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role requiring creativity, technical acumen, strong collaboration, and an innovative mindset. Success means bridging the complex world of L&A insurance with cutting-edge platform technology and working closely across product, engineering, design, and market-facing teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for L&A core services. Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to strategic objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs. Lead the development and communication of detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria. Analyze the competitive landscape and identify key gaps and opportunities for EIS offerings. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX/UI design, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product lifecycle. Gather, synthesize, and leverage market intelligence, customer feedback, and usage data to inform product direction. Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into roadmap initiatives, and drive consensus. Partner with product marketing and sales enablement to define positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Support market-facing activities through product expertise and sales collateral development. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 10+ years of professional experience, with at least: 5+ years in the insurance industry (preferably Life and Annuities). 5+ years working with insurance technology platforms or transformation initiatives.
