Job Summary: This position provides leadership and production management in shift basis to ensure world class manufacturing principles are followed as well as production practices/KPIs are maintained and improved. This position will interact pro-actively with leadership team and implement all requirements down to shop floor. The incumbent is expected to actively participate in the benchmarking and sharing best practices among the Production Department in order to continuously improve the product supply capability. This position provides a common standard of communication and engagement across the factory. They liaise closely with the core factory functions, including Manufacturing, HR, Quality and Safety to achieve this.
