JOB DETAILS Base pay starts at $17.25 per hour maximum $23 Shifts: 1st Shift Hours 6:45am to 3:15pm Monday through Friday RESPONSIBILITIES Operation of various hand tools to manually construct window units Lift windows onto build tables and roller racks Must cross-train and rotate on various workstations within line/complex. Movement of carts in and out of production work area Loading window sash components for processing insulated glass units Assembly of vinyl grids for placement within insulated glass unit Offloading insulated glass units to carts Final loading of window units into trucks Utilize production reports to assist in production planning Ensures overall quality of work produced by performing quality audits and engaging in problem solving activities to resolve issues of concern Work Outdoors in varying weather conditions Handle waste materials LIft moderate weight (25 to 50 lbs) High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) A minimum of one year of related work experience in manufacturing or comparable work environment Good Communicati
