For more information, visit us at http://cornerstonebuildingbrands.com JOB DETAILS Base pay starts at $16.00 per hour Shifts: 1st Shift Hours 6:00am to 4:30pm (8-10 hour shifts) Monday through Saturday DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This role involves operating machinery, inspecting products, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors. Package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions. Monitor production materials and advise team leads when supplies are low. Meet daily production
