Base pay rate is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour 1st Shift: 4:30AM - 1:30PM, Monday - Friday (seasonal Saturdays), hours may vary depending on operations The Production Associate position is responsible for assisting mill operators, operating side loaders, and other warehouse duties as assigned. A strong work ethic and adherence to all safety processes is essential. Understands and follows safety rules and precautions necessary for working in and around a manufacturing environment Safely operating a variety of power tools including electric and pneumatic Banding and clearing all lines and placing products in outside racks Marks part numbers, order numbers, and the number of pieces on parts. Attaches identification tags as required for customer to have the ability locate correct parts. Provide cost-saving suggestions and ideas to improve productivity and eliminate waste Maintains continuous improvement practices in work area. Inspect work visually for defects according to Quality Systems Read a tape measure, write, and follow posted schedules Team
