Production Associate 2 JOB DETAILS Base Pay: $17.75 per hour 1st Shift: 6:45 am - 3:15 pm DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Glass Stacker is responsible for the fabrication and production of Insulated Glass (IG) units on the Intercept Glass Lines. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. Places spacers onto glass light and 2nd glass lite on top of spacer according to quality specifications Consistently hold cycle time of the line Movement of carts in and out of production work area Communicate quality issues observed either upstream or downstream of their position Communicate mechanical issues with the machines to leadership or maintenance staff Qualifications Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for duration of entire shift. Must have fine motor skills. Stacking requires precision placement of spacer on the glass units and alignment of 2nd glass lite onto the spacer Ability to work in tandem with
