JOB DETAILS Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Shift: 4:00 pm - 2:30 am - Monday - Thursday DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will be responsible for executing various production tasks while maintaining high quality standards and contributing to our manufacturing operations. Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines Perform assembly and fabrication tasks using various hand tools and power equipment Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the production process Follow production schedules and work orders to meet daily targets Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols Support material handling operations including loading, unloading, and proper storage Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow Monitor product quality and report any defects or irregularities Assist in basic equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures Document production data and maintain accurate records Participate in cross-training initiatives
