JOB DETAILS Base pay rate is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour 1st Shift Hours: 6:00AM - 2:00PM, Monday - Friday (Overtime may be required based on production demands) The Production Associate - Crater/Floater is a versatile production team member responsible for building crates, packaging finished products for shipment, and providing support across multiple departments as needed. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Build and assemble wooden crates, pallets, and shipping containers according to specifications. Package and prepare finished products for shipment to prevent damage during transportation. Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools safely and accurately. Verify product quantities and inspect finished products prior to packaging. Move materials and finished products throughout the facility using proper lifting techniques or material handling equipment. Float between dep
