JOB DETAILS Base Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour plus shift differential of $1.00 Shift available: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm M-F DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This job description is reflective of tasks that will be performed in a variety of departments. Forklift experience is required. Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units May support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers Understand and carry out verbal instructions Read and carry out simple written instructions Read work orders, labels, and schedules Use a tape measure (will be asked to read measurements during interview
