JOB DETAILS Base Pay: $18.00 per hour 1st Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm M-F The Glass Inserter is responsible for the inserting and organizing of glass to be processed into installed into the Patio Door Frame and or sash prior to finally assembly. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Select proper glass panel and inserter into Patio Door frame/sash Consistently hold cycle time Assist in movement of carts in and out of production work area Communicate quality issues or mechanical issues observed Complete quality checks Constantly observe quality of IG units Break scored glass and place into corresponding slots on glass cart Repetitive motion while completing the glass insertion process Physical Stamina and Strength Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment Experience in a
