JOB DETAILS Pay Range: $21.50 - $22.50 + $1.50 shift differential Shift: Swing Shift, Monday-Thursday, 2:30 pm - 1:00 am, plus overtime based on production needs DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Job Summary Production Associate 1 performs entry-level assembly and/or glass production of Windows & Doors. Follows well-defined standard works with guidance and oversight. Collaborates with experienced teammates to develop new skills. Meets safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards while minimizing waste and cost. Meets production targets while maintaining production flow. Key Responsibilities Follow safe practices and wear required PPE at all times. Fabricate, assemble, and lift window and/or door units. Work to an established production rate. Identify problems and communicate issues. Perform housekeeping duties in designated work areas. Assist with training co-workers.
