Base Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour, plus $1.45 per hour shift differential Shift: Weekend 6AM to 6 PM Friday - Sunday DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This job description is reflective of tasks that will be performed in a variety of departments. Training period require working Monday through Friday 6a - 6p and could last up to 6 weeks approximately Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units May support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers Understand and carry out verbal instructions Read and carry out simple written instructions Read work orders, labels, and schedules U
