Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across a wide variety of projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment. As The Production Manager at Royal Wood Factory, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process within the joinery, wood factory, and fit-out. This includes planning, organizing, developing, and coordinating the production activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of wood products and fit-out solutions. The production manager will play a crucial role in optimizing operational efficiency, resource allocation, and team management. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Production Planning and Scheduling : Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and project deadlines while optimizing resource utilization. Development Production Process: Contribute to the development and enhancement of production processes. Resource Management: Allocate manpower, machinery, and equipment efficiently to maximize production output Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards by implementing quality control processes and conducting regular inspections.
