Production Manager

Location: (EDM) 36 Ave & 8th St, Nisku S'more about the team: We are looking for a Full-Time Production Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Production, you will oversee all production operations and lead the production team in achieving safety, quality, plan adherence, on-time delivery, and efficiency targets. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for: Lead a 24/7 operation and a team of Production Supervisors, Coordinators, Team Leaders, and Associates Build a high-performing culture with specific focus on safety, GMP, quality, employee learning, development & engagement, and continuous improvement Responsible for target setting and continuously improving employee safety, food safety compliance, quality, pick accuracy, on-time delivery, plan adherence, and efficiency Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse teams to develop production plans that focus on product freshness, on-time delivery, and plan reliability Execute and deliver the daily production plan; Ensure proper and on-time team, material, facility, and equipment setup; Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and blockers; and Drive clear, structured and concise communication to ensure alignment between teams, shifts, and external stakeholders Make tomorrow better than today!
