Production Manager

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Lead, manage, and direct all production activities to achieve volume, quality, cost, and timeline targets Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, and design and implement continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Team Development: Develop and nurture a solid team with 4 direct reports and a total of over 20 members. This includes coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure each team member reaches their full potential. Quality & HSE Management: Ensure all production processes comply with company quality standards and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations to achieve a zero-accident record. Analysis and Reporting: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any production issues and prepare regular performance reports for senior management. Budget Management: Manage the production department's operational budget effectively and efficiently. Required Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Industry Experience: A minimum of 8 years of work experience in the palm oil production industry, with at least 3 of those years in a leadership or managerial role. Global Background: Possess a work background from multinational (MNC) palm oil company and be accustomed to international work standards.
