Overview The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are consistently met, for one of our larger sites for the windows and doors business unit. This role provides direct oversight to production team members, supports employee development, and drives accountability across the floor. This position reports directly to the Production Manager. This position is 6am-4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with OT on Saturdays as needed. Key Responsibilities Enforce and promote a strong safety culture Supervise and support hourly production team members during assigned shift Support onboarding and training of new hires and cross-training of existing team members Monitor production performance and adjust staffing or workflow to meet targets Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when needed Track and report production metrics, downtime, and staffing needs Maintain accurate records for timekeeping Address and problem solve for quality issues Reinforce standard work an
