ABOUT YOUR ROLE The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing an operational team to ensure goals related to safety, cost, quality, inventory, and services are met. This role drives continuous improvement efforts using operational principles to optimize daily performance and draw actionable insights for operational needs.
