JOB SUMMARY: The Production Supervisor–Fresh is responsible for leading daily production activities, coordinating with leads and support teams, and ensuring production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role monitors line performance, fruit utilization, product quality, waste, and downtime while validating adherence to standard work processes. The Production Supervisor identifies performance gaps, supports corrective actions, reinforces safety and quality expectations, and helps drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Compensation - $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 with a bonus potential of up to 5% . Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience. Direct and coordinate daily activities of Fresh production personnel in alignment with production schedules and direction from the Production Manager–Fresh. Partner with leads to monitor production flow, labor placement, line readiness, and schedule completion. Observe packaging and grading operations to ensure product quality, food safety, and conformance to company and customer standards. Validate adherence to standard work processes and identify gaps impacting OEE, labor efficiency, quality, waste, or throughput. Monitor production quantities to prevent overproduction, underproduction, unnecessary waste, and product quality concerns. Review production schedules, work orders, charts, production reports, and KPI data to evaluate performance against daily targets.
