Summary of Position Manages production during a given shift—overseeing the staff, ensuring quality control, monitoring equipment, and handling all other day-to-day aspects of production. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all operations staff are following and executing all operations and equipment safely. Oversee and provide constant training and technical assistance to all operation staff ensuring they are trained in and are following all work instructions and best practices.
