PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (STARLINK) - 2ND SHIFT At SpaceX we are deploying Starlink, the world's most advanced satellite constellation, to provide broadband internet access to the world. We design, build, and operate all parts of the system – from the hardware in customers' homes to the satellites on orbit. Our engineers are endlessly curious, love to learn and try out new things. We work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to deliver high-impact technology on a global scale. As the production supervisor you will lead the team of hourly employees directly responsible for build, test, and troubleshooting of this hardware on the production line. The supervisor will be responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement in all aspects of operations, whether in manufacturing process development, factory layout, or design feedback.
