Production Supervisor

Who will you be working with? As a production supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our production team of high seniority / skilled workers. You will be working with other production supervisors to meet our commitments and satisfy customer demands. You will be a facilitator for the production-related activities with other departments, which will result in achieving a high-quality product reducing process downtime. Prioritize on Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork and Leadership Achieve production results by communicating job expectations; planning, assigning personnel, appraising job results; coaching, counseling and holding team members accountable for results. Industrial engineering or similar is preferred. Able to read and communicate in English is preferred. A minimum of one year experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing production environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Must be able to communicate effectively with your team members and manage operations members. Possess knowledge of working procedures and techniques utilized in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrate good administrative, customer service, problem-solving and coordination skills. Strong technical and troubleshooting ability. Knowledge and implementation of LEAN techniques. Self-starter; able to work in a highly demanding role.
