Our programs produce job-ready graduates who are prepared to contribute from day one. This is a part-time contract position. The contract will be as needed (when new programs launch and PD content needs to be localized) We anticipate about 5 hours of work per week during high peak. This is subject to change based on program needs and consultant capacity; these decisions will be made by Correlation One (C1) staff and communicated well in advance About the Role The PD Content Developer will play a key role in adapting and localizing Correlation One's professional development (PD) and career readiness content for specific training programs and target regions. This person will be responsible for updating, revising, and localizing existing materials — including career development one-pagers, onboarding decks, worksheets, and related learner-facing resources — across formats such as PowerPoint, PDF, and Word documents. A successful PD Content Developer will have experience in AI, content development and/or career services content, and will work closely with Correlation One's Content Developer to ensure that materials remain aligned with the company's vision, mission, and brand standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, an understanding of regional/cultural nuance in career content (e.g. US vs. UK/AU English, local job market conventions), and exp
