Position Overview Greenlight America is hiring a Program Administration Manager to help lead program administration and operations for our growing campaigns department. The Program Administration Manager supports the Senior Director of Campaigns in running a growing department. They build department-wide systems, support internal communications, and lead special projects, while also managing core operational functions and providing executive support to the Senior Director. Greenlight's campaigns department has scaled quickly, growing from a single person to more than 30 staff in under three years. This role is well suited to someone excited by that stage of growth, who is comfortable identifying gaps in fast-built systems and bringing the structure and sophistication needed for the department's next chapter. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative to build better systems, and brings strong professional judgment.
