Program Manager - Insurance Platform Rollout Interim / Freelance | Hybrid (Amsterdam / Randstad) | 6-month contract (potential to extend) Our client is rolling out a new set of non-life insurance products to consumers in the Dutch market, delivered on a modern insurance technology platform. This is a high-visibility programme with multiple parties in play - the broker or bank selling the products, the insurers underwriting the risk, third-party claims administrators, and the platform provider itself. Riverflex is leading delivery of the overall programme, and we are looking for a Program Manager to take the lead. You lead a small delivery team and own the programme end-to-end: getting the platform implemented, the data in place, the testing done, and the products live - on time and across a complex stakeholder landscape. You report directly to C-level stakeholders on both the technology and client side. This is the second phase of the programme, with a further release due around the six-month mark and strong potential to extend.
