And the people who answer it are fulfilled. *** This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere in the US. *** The Program Manager provides end-to-end management of cross-functional programs and projects, from planning and scoping through execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates work across internal and external partners, manages timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensures programs align with organizational and partner goals. The Program Manager, with input from the broader program team, establishes effective operating frameworks, prepares leadership communications and reports using high-quality data, and uses data to guide timely execution across initiatives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Plan, execute, and monitor programs and projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate internal partners across pillars, regions, and programs to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success measures. Coordinate cross-functional and external partners, serving as a primary point of contact for program operations. Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation to track progress, risks, and dependencies as needed. Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow-up to ensure accountability. Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to successful program delivery; escalate issues as appropriate. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and partners.
