ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Climate Mobility and Advocacy Monitor developments in climate change, climate justice, and human mobility. Build relationships with climate-affected communities that have experienced or are at risk of forced displacement. Coordinate participatory research and documentation on climate-induced displacement. Strengthen and coordinate the Regional Network for Climate Mobility (K'at). Design and implement advocacy and communications initiatives. Support the development of evidence-based public policies related to climate displacement. Program Implementation and MEL Support Contribute to activities under reintegration and migration narrative pillars. Document lessons learned, best practices, and program experiences. Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes, including baseline development. Participate in planning, monitoring, strategy discussions, and team coordination.
