Program Outreach Coordinator Location: Must be located in New Jersey Ready to make a difference? The Program Outreach Coordinator supports the successful delivery of energy efficiency and customer engagement programs through communications, event coordination, stakeholder outreach, and program administration. This role serves as a key liaison among internal program teams, trade allies, subcontractors, utility clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communications, effective event execution, and accurate program information management. The coordinator is responsible for managing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, stakeholder distribution lists, outreach events, trade ally communications, and program reporting activities. In addition, the role supports cross-functional teams through project coordination, meeting facilitation, CRM data management, and administrative support, helping to drive program participation and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives. This position plays a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with program partners while supporting the overall goals and objectives of the organization’s outreach and energy efficiency programs.
