Project Architect

The Role: Project Architect We are hiring a Project Architect to lead project-level execution and permitting for a prefabricated housing platform, translating a standardized product system into approved, buildable projects across multiple jurisdictions. This role involves site planning, permitting, coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP documentation at the project level. You will ensure projects move efficiently through local jurisdictions without compromising the integrity of the product platform. This is a hands-on role. You are expected to produce drawings, coordinate consultants and with local jurisdictions, and resolve issues in real time. The role is based full-time in Austin, TX and would be ideal for an experienced designer who prefers to work hands-on, with a potential to grow a team over time.
