Provides technical support regarding various hose applications through interface with internal and external customers by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases. Interfaces with customers to provide project status reports and ensure customer needs are met. Provides status and progress reports to customer, project team, and management. Determines feasibility of designing new products considering costs, available space, time limitations, company planning and other technical and economic factors.
