Project Landscape Architect
JOB DUTIES: Execute, manage, and monitor project budgets, work plans, consultants, and schedules; Develop project schedules and stakeholder meeting plans in collaboration with Project Leaders and other disciplines; Coordinate design activities between clients, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure integrated and timely project delivery; Serve as the main point of contact for clients on landscape-led projects, maintaining consistent communication and oversight of project direction; Collaborate with Project Directors and Principals-in-Charge to prepare and execute client agreements and proposals consistent with firm policy and professional standards; Develop work plans, fee estimates, and scope of work proposals; Coordinate with Architectural Project Managers and other team members regarding project scope, budgets, and schedules; Manage project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, profitability, and efficient resource allocation; Identify and assist in the creation of Professional Services Agreements, Consultant Services Agreements, and Add Service Requests as needed; Prepare project-level revenue projections and monthly billing using earned value principles; Lead design development through all phases, engaging all disciplines and stakeholders to produce conceptual and schematic designs aligned with firm standards; Oversee and review project design quality, ensuring consistency with LPA’s integrated and sustainable philosophy; Facilitate design presentations and client meetings, including material and finishes selections; Mentor design team members and support their professional development to maintain design excellence and team efficiency; Participate in project pursuits, design competitions, RFPs, RFQs, and interviews to support project leaders and principals; Assist in the administration of construction contracts and conduct site visits as required; Support the advancement of the firm’s brand through project photography, award submissions, and spe
