Travel To Client As Needed Highstreet is seeking a Project Manager to support and lead delivery of operational and ERP/HCM projects for our public sector clients . This resource must have strong communication skills, love speaking with clients, engineering, partner organizations and our executive team. The everyday workload includes Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) engagements, PeopleSoft and E-Business Suite (EBS) initiatives, and broader legacy ERP/HCM enhancement and modernization projects. In this role, you'll coordinate project activities, manage client communication, and ensure successful execution across planning, testing, and go-live (or cutover, for on-premises and infrastructure engagements). You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, apply structured PMO processes, and help drive consistent, high-quality delivery across a mix of cloud, on-premises, and infrastructure environments. Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across ERP, HCM, and infrastructure (OCI) workstreams. • Align scope and requirements with Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, EBS, and OCI capabilities in partnership with solution architects and technical leads. • Maintain project documentation, logs, and repository structure (RAID, RTM, agendas, testing, etc.). • Incorporate process flow validation and transaction lifecycle checkpoints into project plans, including legacy system dependencies. • Support onboarding, project setup, and adherence to PMO templates and processes, including those specific to public sector engagements. Client & Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client communication, including public sector agency stakeholders. • Manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, risks, and change requests. • Lead recurring status meetings and ensure agendas and meeting minutes are posted.
