This role blends core Enterprise PMO disciplines with Program Management responsibilities, serving as both a governance leader and execution partner. The associate will drive project and program planning, stage-gate discipline, stakeholder alignment, risk management, value realization, and executive reporting while ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. This role also supports the transformation and efficiency efforts of the Baking Technology and Commercialization organization by helping establish formalized processes, governance routines, standardized ways of working, and portfolio visibility that enable stronger prioritization, decision-making, and execution across initiatives.
