Project Manager, Design & Construction

The Project Manager, Design & Construction is responsible for project oversight, internal and external client interactions, on-site management and regular visits to key project locations, timeline and schedule management, specification and procurement of FF&E, coordinating and supervising trades/vendors, materials deliveries, and overall quality control. The PM, Design& Construction works closely with the PM, Design as well as the Director of Construction. Manages all stages of store development projects including but not limited to new builds, renovations and capital improvement projects: project conception, design development, pre-construction, construction and close-out. Responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, consultant and vendor contracts Able to prepare scope documents for internal and external coordination Works closely with our internal design team to ensure project scope and intent is developed and signed off on in alignment with project timelines Where applicable, participates in the selection process of architects/contractors/subcontractors or other third parties, and is responsible for onboarding them Acts as the main point of contact for architects, general contractors, vendors and internal team members Monitors and directs the performance of general contractor and/or subcontractors during construction phase and ensures that typical project
