Lead, mentor, and develop Project Management team members through coaching, career planning, and competency development. Ensure appropriate onboarding, training, and documentation processes are completed and maintained. Review project system setups, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct routine team meetings to facilitate communication, monitor workload, and support resource forecasting. Collect, monitor, analyze, and report on team performance metrics to assess productivity, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
